This talk series is designed to help Kansans with disabilities, families, and community-based supports gain practical advocacy tools and understand upcoming changes in Kansas law.
Led by Rocky Nichols, Executive Director of DRC Kansas, each session will explore real-world strategies for navigating new laws, including the person-centered guardianship law taking effect in 2026, as well as topics such as Medicaid rights, appeals, assistive technology, and supporting natural networks like families, caregivers, and advocates.
