Who We Are

The Disability Rights Center of Kansas (DRC), is a public interest legal advocacy agency empowered by federal law to advocate for the civil and legal rights of Kansans with disabilities.

What We Do

The legal advocacy services that we provide are at no cost and include: legal representation, advocacy representation, self-advocacy assistance, and information and referral services.

How We Help

We provide advocacy services to Kansans with disabilities facing disability-related civil rights issues. DRC will provide an intake and assessment to determine which services we can provide to each client.
