Note, the link above has maps of Kansas detailing which disability service providers serve which counties by each major service category.  Each map also contains the contact information for each disability service provider.  The service maps and listings include but are not limited to: Community Developmental Disability Organizations (CDDOs), Independent Living Centers (ILCs), Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Aging Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs), etc. 

The linked PDF is the most recent July, 2024 KCDC Disability Service Maps (4/25/2023). Per the Kansas Commission on Disability Concerns:

"Several changes happened after the maps were sent to be updated.  

The Centers for Independent Living map is incorrect. Major changes occurred after submission for update.  Beyond Barriers address should be 115 E 4th. Please see the description under Service Providers for changes and correct map. 

The Special Education Advisory Council page had some changes that are on that page on the website, but not in the file above. Please use the website instead of the file for up to date information.   

A few things changed while the document was being modified. The changes are noted on the map pages. There will be a note above each map telling when it was updated."
