Note, the link above has maps of Kansas detailing which disability service providers serve which counties by each major service category.  Each map also contains the contact information for each disability service provider.  The service maps and listings include but are not limited to: Community Developmental Disability Organizations (CDDOs), Independent Living Centers (ILCs), Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Aging Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs), etc. 

The linked PDF is the most recent August 2025 KCDC Disability Service Maps. Per the Kansas Commission on Disability Concerns:
