We have attempted to design this Service so a user does not have to submit any personal information to utilize it. It does have some text fields where a user can enter content, so it may be possible that a user submits some personal information in the app.

Information Collection and Use

Any personal information that a user enters will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. Below we will outline a few of the types of data that might be collected and how it is used.

App Data

This is the data that a user enters into the app and/or website. As we said above, we have attempted to design this Service so a user does not have to submit any personal information to be able to utilize it. Users do make selections and enter text into fields to create a draft transition plan. This app data is only used in the creation of those individual plans. It also is aggregated to do some very high-level reporting on the use of the app to help us better understand how the app is being used. App data will not be sold and will not be used except as indicated in this privacy policy.

Log Data

Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. Log data is not stored with or connected in any way to the App Data.

In-Transit Data

At the end of the app, users are given the option of sending an email with the draft transition plan to themselves or their parents and teachers. We do not store or keep those email addresses. They are only utilized in transit to send the draft transition plan, but are not stored or saved anywhere.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website and app and are stored on your device's internal memory. This app utilizes cookies to make it so fields are pre-filled in if a user goes back to previous page.

You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some of the features of this Service, such as having the answers pre-filled for questions you have already answered if you go back to a previous page.
