Public Comment Hearing on DRC Priorities & Objectives

DRC Kansas invites you to provide public comment on its proposed Program Priorities.

Each year the Disability Rights Center of Kansas (DRC) Board of Directors holds a public hearing to discuss the program priorities for the organization. DRC is the officially designated Protection and Advocacy System (P&A) for Kansas. As a valued partner of our organization, disability advocate, collaborator, consumer or member of the public, your input is important to DRC.

The public comment session will be: Friday, September 30, 2016, from noon to 1 p.m., at the DRC offices (214 SW 6th Ave., Suite 100, Topeka, Kansas 66603)

Below is the procedure to provide your comments.  If you need any reasonable accommodations, please let us know by Monday, June 26th and we will provide them.

There are two ways to provide comment:

  1. By submitting your comments in writing ahead of time to DRC.  Please email your comments to info@drckansas.org and we will get them to our Board for their consideration.  Or, mail them to the address below.
  2. By testifying and providing live comment to our Board during the open public comment session.  The live public comment session will be Friday, September 30, 2013, from noon to 1 p.m., at the DRC offices (214 SW 6th Ave., Suite 100, Topeka, Kansas 66603).
